Installed without glue or heat, the sew-in method allows stylists to create a customized transformation while minimizing stress on the natural hair.

Maintenance appointments are generally recommended every 6–8 weeks depending on natural hair growth, density, lifestyle, and stylist guidance.

Professional installation and removal are required.
Unlike traditional hand-tied wefts, OSL wefts may be cut for customized placement when the cut edge is properly sealed with melted keratin by a trained professional to prevent unraveling.
The hair may be professionally colored or toned; however, all chemical services should be performed by an experienced stylist only after testing a sample strand. Results may vary by shade and product formulation.
Care Instructions
- Brush gently and regularly using an extension-safe brush
- Support the weft and row while brushing to avoid unnecessary tension
- Use professional, extension-safe haircare products
- Avoid applying heavy oils, masks, or conditioners directly to the attachment points
- Cleanse carefully between and around each row
- Dry the weft seam and attachment area thoroughly after washing
- Never sleep with wet or damp extensions
- Secure the hair in a loose braid or low ponytail before sleeping
- Follow the maintenance schedule recommended by your stylist

Due to hygiene and quality-control standards, hair extensions must remain unopened, unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
